To Remove a Category in CRELoaded 6.2 site:
1) Log into your store's admin section
2) Find the menu item on near the top left side of your menu called "Catalog"
3) Select the "Categories/Products" link from under the "Catalog" menu
4) You will be taken to the "Categories/Products" section of your admin area.
5) Your categories will appear as folder images"  You can select a category and the arrow on the right will point to the menu on the right when you have selected the category.  You can select the "delete" option from the right.
