Getting Started With Adding Dropship Products to Google Base Print E-mail
Google Base is Google's new free shopping search engine, and it can be used to bring shoppers to your site.  With Google Base you do not have to pay anything to list your items.  All you need is either a physical store and a web page that contains information about the products you have for sale or an e-commerce enabled website. The 3 Step Process for Google Base is as follows:

1) Decide what to sell.
You don't have to list every item you sell.  It is always a good idea to focus your marketing efforts to get the greatest impact.  You might want to start with your top selling or top-profit items and add more as you see good results.  This will help you to better understand the Google Base Impact on your site traffic and drop ship success.

2) Upload your dropship product file details.
Whenever someone searches on Google for an item that you have listed your details can appear.  You can use Google Base to provide your drop ship product details by submitting a text file containing information about each of them.

3) Wait for customers to find your ecommerce store.
When customers search on Google, they can see the dropship product information that you provided.  They can click from Google to your site. They can then visit your store if you've included location-specific information, or they can buy online if your website does e-commerce.

Sign in to Google Base or create a Google account to begin. Once you've signed in and entered the information on the "About you" page, follow the instructions to "Specify a bulk upload file." Choose "products" or "vehicles" as your item type, depending on what type of items you're posting. Then, follow the instructions to "Update file." You can track the status of your file and view any errors using Google Base.
