How to locate the product images contained in the Product Image Zip files for your wholesale dropship supplier subscriptions. This guide is a good point of reference for Custom File Download users.
Locating & Loading Image Files
Inventory Source provides you with formatted download files and Image files for easy inventory management. To access the product image zip files, follow the instructions below.
Steps To Locate & Load Product Images to your server
* Login to your Inventory Source account through the log-in menu at the top right of our site.
* Follow the menu on the right. Select the Product File Downloadand link.
* From the link you are taken to the "3-Step Data File Download" screen.
* Select Create File for the Easy Populate format.
* From Step-1 select "Active Products" (If you have a reason to capture Images from inactive products you can select the "All Products".)
* From Step-2 select your Drop Ship supplier from the drop down menu.
* For Step-3 Select the File Type that you are using if you are a File Download user. If you are a Custom File user, then Step 3 does not pertain to you and you can leave it set to the default "Standard Data File". This will still give you access to the images you need.
* Below Step-3, select the "Create File" button.
* An Inventory Source popup window will contain a link to the zip file of images. The Image Zip files are located after the product files in the window.

Note: All images may not be available in all cases. The zip file contains all images for active products that are available for use. The image files are updated weekly.
